One of our client is looking for a Customer Representative.
Job Description:
• Greet all customers pleasantly and with courtesy
• Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
• Calling potential customers to explain ICS products and encourage purchases.
• Answering customers’ questions/queries and to provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolutions.
• Developing in-depth knowledge of products.
• Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments.
• Manage incoming calls.
• Generate sales lead
• To introduce the ICS products portfolio with customers and secure 15 customer inquiries per month.
• Calling customers to explain the in-depth detail of Smart homes and Industrial Automation products and make 10 confirm sales per month.
• Target market place is Pakistan and Gulf.
Skills and Abilities:
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening sound knowledge of sales strategies
and industry regulations.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
